  3. Register with your name and email address.
  4. And you’re off!

After registering you’ll receive an email. Click the link and enter the requested data to set up a permanent Wi-Fi account. That will make it even easier to use the free Wi-Fi on your next visit to Munich Airport.

Mobility Service

For a pleasant journey

Travelling can be a big challenge – especially for passengers with mobility restrictions. The Mobility Service at Munich Airport helps you on your journey and is free of charge. Please note: The Mobility Service cannot be booked directly. Please inform your travel provider or airline when booking your trip, but no later than 48 hours before departure and indicate your required level of assistance. This will enable us to provide the service to meet your needs.

Shop&Store

Shop before departure – pick up your purchases on your return

Would you prefer not to take your purchases with you on your flight? In Terminal 2 you can have the items put away before you leave and pick them up when you return from your trip – it’s simple, convenient and free of charge.

Here’s how:

1. Shop before you leave
2. Complete the form “Free storage request” and hand it to the sales assistant in the shop along with the goods.
3. Take the bar code with you and keep it safe until you pick up your purchases.
4. On your return, show the bar code at the Shop & Store station at Terminal 2 (baggage reclaim) and take the items home.

Automated passport control

EasyPASS und EasyPASS-RTP

EasyPASS permits quick passport control at the airport in an easy and convenient self-service process. You simply scan your electronic passport (ePass), look at the camera, and you’re done. You can find EasyPASS control stations in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.

Eligible travelers are persons from the age of 12 with citizenship:

  • from the European Union
  • from the European Economic Area
  • Switzerland

You can use Easy PASS without prior registration.

In addition, travelers from Australia, Brazil, Chile, Israel, Japan, Canada, Republic of Korea, Monaco, New Zealand, Taiwan, UAE (United Arab Emirates) and the US currently benefit from EasyPASS: Terminal 2 (northern facility) and Terminal 2 satellite (level 05) are undergoing trial operation, in which also passport holders from above can use the facility without prior registration and only when leaving.

Citizens of other countries that have a reciprocal agreement on the use of automated passport control (i.e. USA or South Korea) can use EasyPASS-RTP. Please register for EasyPASS RTP at the Service Point of the Federal Police.

Baby changing rooms

For our smallest guests

You will find many baby changing rooms throughout Munich Airport where you can change, feed and breastfeed your child undisturbed. Other changing facilities are available in the toilet facilities for wheelchair users.

Changing Places toilet

Toilets for persons with serious or multiple disabilities

A special toilet for people with serious or multiple disabilities is located in the Munich Airport Center (Level 03). The 14 square meter room is equipped with a height-adjustable gurney with side safety rails and a ceiling-mounted lift. This equipment will enable you to transfer easily from the wheelchair to the gurney or toilet.

The key is available in the Terminal 1 Service Center. You get the key for a €20 deposit.

In the play areas, your kids can let off steam before or after your flight while you enjoy some well-deserved relaxation.

Copy, fax & scan

Do you need to copy or scan documents?

Would you like to copy your passport or other travel documents just to be safe? Or do you have an urgent fax to send before departure? The copy, fax and scanning service in our Service Center in Terminal 1 is available 24 hours a day.

Dry Cleaners

We clean your garments – quickly and reliably

In the Terminal 1 Service Center you can hand in clothing for cleaning. The service is provided by Kingsgard and generally takes one day

Emergency ambulance

We’re there when you need us! Emergency number: 112

The staff at the walk-in clinic provide round-the-clock medical care, 365 days a year, for passengers, visitors and employees at Munich Airport.

As a department of MediCare Flughafen München Medizinisches Zentrum GmbH, the walk-in clinic team also provides the mobile emergency service at the airport with two physician-staffed emergency response vehicles. The department treats over 10,000 patients per year.

Tasks of the walk-in clinic:

  • Primary emergency care for workplace accidents on the airport campus
  • Private medical care
  • Travel medicine
  • Vaccination advice and yellow fever vaccination center
  • Cooperation with the public healthcare sector and the Infectious Diseases Task Force of the Bavarian Agency for Health and Food Safety

  • Medical care for events on the airport campus
